Tucked away in the center of town, you're just steps away from the best restaurants, shops, galleries, and only a block from the beach. It's the perfect spot for those looking to dive into the town's energetic vibe and magic—not suited for those seeking absolute quiet and tranquility. We work hard to ensure our guests feel at home here.

Surf Shack Conchita is thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, style, and space efficiency. Each unit is a private suite with a brand-new, high-quality mattress and linens. You’ll enjoy AC, WiFi, and a kitchenette, perfect for a cozy, convenient stay. Our design features local art and designer collaborations, using exclusively Mexican-made goods to support small businesses and the local economy.

The outdoor patio is a great space to unwind—whether you're grilling on the BBQ, sipping your morning coffee, working on your laptop, or connecting with fellow travelers staying at Casa Conchita. You’ll also love our organic coffee bar, Miscelánea, a beautiful ground-level café run by local female entrepreneur Ady.

Our dedicated property manager, Teffi, is here to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s available daily on-site to assist with anything you might need during your stay—whether it’s a quick check-in, fresh linens, or just a friendly chat. Alma is also responsible for keeping the patio tidy, so you can always enjoy a welcoming atmosphere. We’re proud to have a fantastic full-time team here to serve our guests.

For an active, adventure-filled stay, we offer discounted surf and SUP lessons and excursions. If we're out of town, don’t worry! Fernando, a local Sayulita surfer turned Mexico National Team surf/SUP athlete, is available to guide you on unforgettable experiences in the water. We are proud to work with him and see the amazing experiences our guests have with him. If any maintenance issues arise, our handyman, Victor, is on call to handle any plumbing, electrical, or structural needs.

For airport transfers, we use Sayulita Transportation's private SUV service. Simply provide us with your arrival and departure details, and they’ll arrange your pick-up. You’ll pay them directly at the time of pick-up (credit cards accepted).

Sayulita itself is a small, lively beach village full of energy and culture. Enjoy fresh food, vibrant art, live music, and spontaneous performances throughout the town. The ocean is just a block away, where you can watch world-class surfers and SUP athletes in action, try out different water sports, or relax under an umbrella with a cold drink. For adventure seekers, we’ve got you covered! Explore jungle trails for hiking, running, or biking, all just a short walk from the property. These trails lead to hidden, untouched beaches that are perfect for a peaceful retreat.

Please note: Due to Casa Conchita's central location, there may be some noise from the surrounding village that is beyond our control.

Getting Around Sayulita:

• On Foot: Sayulita is a small village, and the best way to explore is on foot. Parking can be limited, and traffic is often heavy, especially on one-way streets. Walking allows you to fully experience the vibrant sights, smells, and people.
• Golf Carts: If you prefer, we can help you find a reliable place to rent a golf cart. They’re popular among tourists and can make getting around a bit easier.
• Bus: The bus station is a short walk away, offering easy access to nearby towns like San Pancho, Puerto Vallarta, and beyond.
