Casa Conchita is home to an organic coffee bar on the ground floor by day, and an authentic Mexican restaurant, Emiliano’s, by night. The Penthouse is our luxury third-story guest unit, located just steps from the famous Sayulita Surf Beach and only one block from the town plaza. You’ll love being close to all the best restaurants, markets, boutiques, and nightlife Sayulita has to offer.
The Penthouse offers the best views in town, overlooking Main Street, and includes a hidden outdoor patio and BBQ area. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors while meeting fellow travelers staying at Casa Conchita. Start your day with a hot or cold beverage at our #boho coffee shop or grab a bite from our all-day menu. In the evening, unwind with a drink at Emiliano’s, or watch local street performers from the comfort of your patio.

Location
To reach Casa Conchita, head into downtown Sayulita along the cobblestone road, following Avenida Revolución. After a block, you'll spot OXXO minimart on your left, followed by Emiliano's Restaurant with its distinctive palapa roof and Miscelánea Coffee Shop.
Enter through the coffee shop/restaurant, passing through the plant-lined walkway, which will lead you to our ground-level coffee shop patio. If you arrive after the coffee shop is closed, you'll find an iron gate ahead. Enter through the gate and head to the back, where you'll see the staircase leading to the second-story patio.
IMPORTANT: The entry gate is locked after hours for security. To access the property, use the code 346281.
Please ensure the patio gate is kept closed at all times. For everyone's safety and comfort, we kindly ask that only registered Airbnb guests be admitted to the property—no outside guests are allowed. Thank you!
